How do I log in to the new site?
Username: Your email address on file
Password: Your current OnDemand Password

What if I forgot/don't know my password?

• If you have had OnDemand before and you do not remember your password, click on "retrieve password," and it will be sent to the email address on file.
• If you have not had OnDemand before you can request access by emailing us at ondemand@tigrentlearning.com. We will set up your account, and provide you with a password. Don't forget to select at least one class to activate, and include it in your email.

What if I don't know what the email address on file is?
Email us at ondemand@tigrentlearning.com, and we will send you the username and password on file.

Will the classes I currently have access to be available?
Yes, the new versions of your currently active classes will be waiting for you when you log in.

What if I want to request access to a class I don't currently have access to?
Click on the "Request OnDemand Class Activation" link once you log in, or email us at ondemand@tigrentlearning.com

Can I still access the older recordings on the old site?
You'll have until October 31, 2011, to access the old site and content.

What are the new features?

How long do I have access to my OnDemand classes?
You have access to your class(es) via OnDemand for the life of your student agreement. Your OnDemand class(es) stay active for 6 month increments. Reactivating is simple just click on the "Request OnDemand Class Activation" link.

How many OnDemand classes can I have access to at once?
You can have as many course topics as you have contracted to take active. For example if you purchased 6 classes, you can have all 6 active at once.

How many OnDemand classes can I have?
You can have up to the number of course topics contracted. For example if you have purchased 8 classes, you will receive access to 8 OnDemand classes. Please note, some classes are not yet available OnDemand.

Does OnDemand count as an attendance?
If you purchased live classes please note that the OnDemand does not take away your opportunity to attend each class twice, (or three times, if you have three attendances in your contract); however, if you have not yet taken the class live, by activating OnDemand, you are committing to take the class live in the future, so it does lock you in to taking that particular class as part of your training package.

Do you automatically activate OnDemand for classes I have chosen?
Classes for subjects you have not taken or are not currently enrolled in will not be activated without your permission, as it is your decision which classes to take.
